In an article in The Belfast Telegraph--It's time to break the deadly silence--dated 27 February 2005, leading doctors attempt to alert women to the fact that gynaecological cancers are not "silent cancers"  but in fact often present a range of symptoms similar to gastroentrological illness: http://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/imported/its-time-to-break-the-deadly-silence-28246551.html
